ORDERS & SHIPPING
We offer FREE SHIPPING for all Australian orders. This includes reliable courier shipping with tracking. Express Shipping is available at an extra $4.95 called Flat rate.
All orders are shipped from our Sydney warehouse and will be shipped out within 24 hours of placement.
You will receive your tracking details via email. We make use of various couriers including Australia Post, Aramex (known as Fastway) and Courier Please.
All orders are not final until you received a confirmation email from us. Although we endeavour to have the exact current stock quantities on our website, it is sometimes possible that a specific item is sold out.
If this is the case we will contact you immediately.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Currently we do not offer refunds for jewellery due to ‘Change of mind’. Refunds or Exchanges are only available for any faulty or damaged item received.
Every item is thoroughly checked before dispatch and securely packed for safe shipping.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if the items do not comply with our returns policy. Any items we have refused will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged to you.
